why not have solar pannels in all small devices or appliances at home such that we can use the solar power for it and use of electricity will be less instead energy will be saved here it won't get converted into different form

There will be a paradigm shift in changing from conventional four wheelers to electric four wheelers. The main challenges presently being faced and future challenges are charging infrastructure for retail consumers of electric four /two wheelers in urban/rural staying in Apartments, cooperative housing societies, government housing etc. The main problem is permissions and feasibility for installation of individual charging points for people staying in Apartments, housing societies etc. Relaxation of rules for installation of Charging points for evs in individual flat parking's in basements, societies. Presently apartment owners parking their cars in apartment parking areas do not have feasibility to charge their vehicles in their parking lot. This is main problem avoiding urban millenials and others in buying EVs now.
