The present driving school training that is old and unsafe is given in diploma course for 10 pass & degree course for degree passed like other courses reducing the corrption. with respect to the certificate RTO conduct both written & practical test and these certificate are valid abroad as it is govt approved for job in kerala, Abroad & other states.

those with higher education ,certificate in license is recommended by RTO for driving jobs and this will improve the standard of drivers in kerala 2024

I would like to suggest that the govt gives solar panels at subsidised rates to people in weaker financial backgrounds so that they can charge E-scooters and EV autos. This way, they can have lower spending on charging the vehicles as India has many sunny days to capture solar power. Hence less electricity bill. This plan if implemented on large scale will be a case study for other nations.
