we use a adhar card with bar code or card with magnetic chip having data of citizen for blocking fake voting adhar card had finger print it may also use voters identity at the time of election.As we r using bank debit card same as this we can issue election card with finger print data from adhar data which is genuine

In India about 4 crores employees having Aadhar card purchase groceries worth Rs.2,40,000 crores (40 Billion USD) by cash (5,000/- PM average). Govt./ companies can issue cash cards (2000/- to 10,000/-)for groceries after deducting from salaries so that the employee make purchase by card and this transaction is accounted for tax purpose. 1% of this transaction can be used for insurance of employees .
