I have a practical idea that relates to Pradhan Manti Gram Sinchai Yojana & achieving Soil Health Card initiative alongwith a Transparent Governance Framework by leveraging your focus on DIGITAL INDIA

I have developed the concept paper on this practical idea "Leverage Satellite and mobile technology to touch lives of every farmer". Please note I had to intentionally hide all proprietary data to safeguard my research. I am keen to speak personally to your team. Unable to attach presentatn here.

Dear Sir,
Vande Mataram,

Kindly make a mandatory provision of upto Life Imprisonment for crimes, like Food Adulteration, Prostitution, Human Trafficking, Organized Crime, etc.
Begging in public must be made a cognizable offence. It is a national shame.
Bangladeshi intruders are responsible for inflation & population explosion.

3) when a cab service agency appoints a driver his credentials must be validated in the nearest police station and obtain an NOC. This validation must be against cheffur aadhar number. So in anywhere in the country if me was involved in any crime can be traced. 4) Cab service agency must be held responsible for any wrong doing of the driver and impose heavy penalty. Law must be in place . all these are online activities there will not be any room for the NOC issuing authorities for corruption.

My point is based on the recent incident of rape in delhi. According to me following mitigation plans need to implement immediate effect.
1) All the police stations in the country must be connected through intranet.
2) Police complaints or charges against a person must be against their aadhar card numbers.I.e when police charge a case against person in anywhere in the country it must be against aadhar card number

This is reg. issue of Aadhar cards to young indians working off-site in other countries. By linking the bio-metric details already available while issuing passport, it should be easy for them to get their aadhar cards once system is introduced. Also a permanent adhar enrollment centre in state capital be formed to cover such indians so that enrollment can be done whenever they visit India as aadhar No.will be a must requirement in days to come.

When the judicial system is having faith on Gita by allowing to take oath on their deposition, there is no harm in adopting Gita as our National Book. Come what may don't go backwards on opposition pressures.

Is it absolutely necessary to have "NOTARY"? In my opinion it is a waste of time, energy, paper etc.,I have many instances of getting notary without visiting the notary and the middlemen will get their signatures for a fees.Law ministry must take a view and think its usefulness to the public. Even if you are not belong to that place you can get this service. I don't know what purpose it will serve to the public..
