They way NDA brings One India for celluar sector,Similarly it should setup in all the sector.

Recently I could see most of the people suffering, while drive there vechicles on other states ,Due to Traffic police guilty by questioning them for road tax and NOC's.
Since people already paying there road tax for a lifetime and again need to be paid on different states.

We can solve this issues by maitaining the central database for all state vechicles, when people need to transfer the vechicel,Parti

I take the recent rape incident as an example and suggesting this below. There is need in digitizing the entire police stations with a strong software which can work efficiently accross all states and record of any person can be seen at a glance of any records at any station. This will help in identifing early detection of any criminal or any froudsters. We aspire technology led innovations but reality is our R & D spend is 4% of GDP.Even china spends more on R &D than us.Only in our country, science & technology ministry is not seen as a high profile ministry. The education,MSME & science & technology ministries don't share an integrated policy view. http://articles.economictimes.indiatimes.com/2014-07-09/news/51248155_1_other-brics-nations-india-s

We seem to focus more on technology development for e-governance. At the same show less passion for analytics. Not a good sign sir. History tells us many IT initiatives failed to deliver real strategic intent. Google is not google & facebook is not facebook without their powerful analytics & insights...Hence we need to focus predictive analytics led e-governance.I will reiterate the power of analytics as demonstrated by an economist who predicted exact voting patterns (Obama / American elections)

In light of the recent incidences of rape and violence in Delhi and other parts of the country, it is definitely a good idea to have a centralized database for all criminals or even suspects. Along the lines of core banking, we should have core police stations so that all background checks could be performed at these core police stations only which will have access to the nationwide database. This DB will have information from previous traffic related crimes to previous arrests or even jail term
