What is our own definition of a smart city ? what makes the city smart ? Should we first fix our poor roads, drainage & sanitation & basic infrastructure before implementing digital tools to make city smart ? Or digital technology has potential to fix our basic infrastructure problems ?

Cyber terrorism & warfare has become reality. Also India is ranked poorly in information security globally. NATGRID initiative by Mr.Chidambaram was a good initiative.However we didn't hear any outcome .Also this initiative seems to have become more committee,files, infosec audit practices.I think we need to focus more on analytics..It is not data,software,procedures.But predictive analytics should be focus.How to predict exactly the next terrorist activity & save Indian citizens from dying?

SIM+IMEI has become a persons identity more than AADHAAR ID
We need more security for SIM+IMEI-phones
ALL PHONES MADE IN THE WORLD SHOULD HAVE A IRREMOVABLE IMEI.
THIS LAW HAS TO BE DONE IMMEDIATELY.
US Legislation has come out with
Kill switch to disable lost and stolen phones to control theft.
As a First Step,
India Has to Block phones based on IMEI given by user
or by cell phone details stored by provider.
This will reduce theft of phones and SIM SWAP

there Should Be A System For Filing Complaint Against Any State Body or Central Govt. body . It should be Web based System and No body Should be Able To Delete Any Complaint its just allow To Give A Status : Terminated( With proper Reason) , In Progress , Solved .
Same Can Be Implemented on FIR System For DIGITAL POLICE. It Will Create Accountability of Every Govt. Employee .
