At times govt offices does not accept legitimate application and documents. They do not provide proof of receipt on photocopy of document deposited. Later they may deny having been approached by citizen. Indian post shall start taking such open document from citizen and provide them receipt on photocopy of same and then they can deliver documents to given address of govt office. Indian post can keep a scanned copy for its own record which can easily retrieved if required through acession number

i am a indian so i basically talk about india. in my country at every place we saw begger and many people show him simpathy and many abuse are hated that people...but we all know that they are human beings like us they belong to india but they having no resident so they having novoting right and so political parties also not support him.from ancient time india is country of huminity and i think it is greatest religion..so i request my indian gov that they could do somthing for them.

All the debate, Question-Answer, law drafting and passing must be done virtually.
