Polished rice should be removed from the list. The use of maida, artificial sweetener, sugar and chemicals for manufacture of wafers, bread and bakery products must be prohibited due to their harmful effects. Kachi Ghani edible oil should be added to the list instead of refined oils.

Public procurement policy means to protect small and local industry and their product.it help us to grow our Small sector industry.
1 Responsibility should be fixed for all public department and their top management.
2 A strict punishment should be given to those person break rule of public procurement.
3 A list of item should be published in thir notice board and on their official website.it help us to know about their demand.
4 A transparent system should be develop in public department for their good purchase policy.
5 public department and small industry connect with each other for better understanding.
6 An inspection team should be formed for enquiry their whole system.

Many Small and Medium MSME (Units registered) still find very difficult to get orders from GeM /Others due to the existing system of tender arrangement facing heavy Competition within the units .They have no otherway than to go in poor job orders for sustaining their business.The upcoming procurement scheme also may favour only bigger units if the scheme is finalised under bidding&tender basis.
Request the Govt. to consider some portion to be prioritised for automatic sanction/allotment to all the approved MSMEs Quotowise/Priority wise/List wise&Rotation wise as per the GST/GeM /MSME Records available with the Govt by fixing the Ffinal tender price by Govt Agencies themselves. This will help many units to get a chance to produce more products and improve their business .Many Idle units would become Ideal.This process will also reduce the existing market price for the consumers reasonably well & inturn improve the Econmoic growth as well as Employment Creation.

India is the 2nd largest growing economy in the world next to China. So MSMEs are the backbone of such a growing economy. Under the PPO 2012, the govt is mandated to buy 25% goods exclusively from MSMEs, which is welcomed. The revised list almost covers all the essential items(469) needed by the gen public. The govt must ensure that these items are exclusively bought from MSMEs and NOT from any profit making companies, as their main objective is to make profits, not to satisfy the people by giving poor quality products. For total transparency and accountability in the process, the govt can set up a monitoring committee to look into this matter.
Also the MSMEs must supply these goods in adequate quantity and quality must be maintained for all goods. If any unscrupulous activity is being done by any MSME with the hope of quick profit making, they must be expelled from the procurement process and replace them with new uprising MSMEs. Subsidies for envt friendly products must be given.

Dear Hon PM Narendrabhai I have two requests to resolve two issues for NRI’s. 1) Please issue a proper passport OCI card holders to monitor their entry in & out of India. It shouldn’t link to overseas passport. 2) Get rid off liquor permit for foreigners when visiting dry states in India. May be an ID card with photos could be issued for 10 years under 50 & 20 years for over 50
