There should,
1) keep clean,green & safe environment.
2) Roads must be in Better condition (i.e More strength for heavy load & water resist).
3) Proper waste management (No use of plastic) recycling of it.
4) "IT PARK(or Host)"

For Smart City - To increase income of SMC from property tax SMC have to tie up with MSEBL. As any property holder not deposited tax to SMC his light connection will be disconnected immediately.

This type of e-demand is the best icon of paper less & green concept for smart city.

In Solapur city where public crowd is high at commercial complex, Vegetable Market, Schools, Hospitals, Government offices etc. for 2 wheeler & 4 wheeler parking, building structure should be constructed like below ground level 2 floors at basement & above ground level 4 floors i.e.(G-2 & G+4) with ramp facility or mechanical lift facility. So that more & smart parking space will be available in minimum area.
