The evaluation pattern should have questions to test the problem solving skills, reasoning skills and the understanding level of concepts in the students instead of testing rote memory skills.Our Government should think of having a common curriculam all over the country instead of having different curriculam as state board syllabus statewise.Making all the students to be promoted upto std VIII or X will not help the students instead it dilutes the quality of learning.
There should be board exams at V,VIII, X and XII to improve competitive skills and to remove exam fear from students.We may start stream wise studies from IX on wards in place of XI.
i got experience about XI evaluation in my school,
school organizes exam of XI in abruptly manner and submit fake marks of XI to the board.
this way of evaluation is deteriorating day by day to students.
it must be provision of external exam in XI class taken by board as XII.
this type of evaluation system must be reviewed and change as requirement of modern age.
i am very unfortunate to evaluation system of higher secondary school.
in our country, directly evaluate on XII not in XI.
so students are not focus on the XI curriculum only focus on the XII curriculum, it detoriates the knowledge of students.
thus; it should be provision of exam in both XI and XII taken by board and add marks of both.
should not take exam by school in XI.
school provides fake marks to the board.
it must be reviewed the system of evaluation in XI class.
in the government school, CCE is not applied till now. so it should be review how to applicable in the these schools.
at present most of the teacher has no idea about the CCE, so to develop skills among the teachers how to evaluate in the cce mode.
i think at first trained the headmaster of each school and they will train his teachers.
CBSE has introduced school based as well as board based examination in class X .Some schools ask their students to appear school based exam and most of students get CGPA 10 .This school become best school school in city to attract more students . The examination system of this school can't be believed .The higher authority of affiliation body has no time to verify the credibility ,So it is better to remove School based exam to increase the quality of Education & to develop skills among student

The all pass till 8th standard reduced the quality of education and the student dose not possess the skills up to the extent.
We should conduct the examinations with strict grading and non eligible students retained in the class for improvement. It is not the responsibility of the state to make "All the students pass" and give a Plus 2 certificate to them. It is the responsibility of the state that any one pass the plus 2 examination possess the required skill. Even now, the students who opt for school level examination at 10th is not admitted in other streams for plus one. We need to be more careful.
The introduction of grading and elimination of examination have back fired - I think. The students are at the liberty of "going to school and get out with 12th class paper certificate". There is no sense in promoting a student with lower grade to higher class. This will hamper the chance of students with higher grades to get the service of the teacher as he will have to concentrate in making the 'E' grade student to the mark. The result is a degradation in education and obsolete product output.
