अभिभावक होने के नाते बच्‍चो की शिक्षा हमारे लिये अत्‍यंत ही महत्‍वपूर्ण एवं संवेदनशिल विषय है किन्‍तु कई पालको के साथ हमें भी अनुभव आया है कि स्‍कूल मेनेजमेंट हमारी इसी आवश्‍यकता को हमारे खिलाफ ही इस्‍तेमाल करते है यथा कमीशन के लालच में निर्धारित दुकानो पर से सामग्री क्रय करवाना गतिविधियों के नाम पर अनावश्‍यक लूट खसोट आदि शासन स्‍तर पर प्रतिवर्ष इन पर रोक लगाने के आदेश जारी होते है लेकिन सब कुछ बेअसर है ...... इसके लिये सही निति होना ही चाहिये ........

Standard school management / Quality education Management etc be prepared and made obligatory.Autonomy WITH ACCOUNTABILITY should be new RULE.Limit number of schools under one Education Officer. Maximum of 200 Schools per Education officer.Devising a reality based GUIDANCE & SUPERVISION SYSTEM FOR Schools.No Political or undue INTERFERENCE IN SCHOOL MANAGEMENT.In Managing bodies at least 50% person from EDUCATION field be made necessary.

School assessment &accreditation be made compulsory for all schools (Govt. Private, Aided un Aided etc.)Continuation of Recognition & Govt. Grants be linked to school Grading.A mechanism of EDUCATIONAL AUDIT be evolved.Internal assessment every year & by external agency twice a year be mandatory.Role of every body(management, Department of Education, Govt.etc.) & individual(teachers, non teaching , H M , Education Officer etc.)be specified and they be held ACCOUNTABLE for there DUTIES.

Govt. to take steps to open more schools having the requisite standards to cope with the increase in the number of school going children. The problem is more acute in urban areas to admit the children. Most of the private schools lack basic amenities

Instead of granting permission for only school names with Mary,Jesus etc even names carrying Saraswaty,Lakshmi etc should be allowed without minority favouring. Hindus should be allowed to open new schools in large numbers instead of creating an image that only christians are in this field.

मै कहना चाहता हू की क्या कुछ ऐसी व्यवस्था बनाई जा सकती है की हर साल स्कूल अपने यहां सिलेबस न बादल सके वे केवल किताबों के कमीशन के चक्कर मे हर साल सिलेबस बदलते रहते है जिससे की पुरानी किताबें परिवार के ही आने वाले बच्चों के लिए बेकार हो जाती है अगर किताबों की व्यवस्था की ज़िम्मेदारी स्कूलों पर ही डाल दी जाय और वो केवल कुछ किराया या ऐसा कुछ लेकर किताबें बच्चों को उपलब्ध कराये बाद मे किताबें वापस स्कूल मे जमा इससे गरीब का भला पेड़ नही कटेंगे रद्दी नही निकलेगी सुना है अमेरिका आदि देशो मे ऐसा ही है ।

Joint team of City Schools and parents should do random school assessment. It should cover:Do students are having proper access to :
physical education
Laboratory Experiments
Audio/Video learnings
Quizzes & group discussions
etc.

Knowledge retention check should be done informally & randomly.

Parents & experts in the domain should be involved in enablining missing things.

I think there should be a place for science exibition for district and state level.
The ideas which the students has learned in therir classes.
Students will use that ideas in that exibition.
It will help in increasing the practicality of science and students will be able to think about the concepts of science on a broad scale.

The word discipline means related to children which is a hoax. The children will be in discipline if teachers do their duty with 100%. Because of negligence of teachers, children went awful. There should be discipline code for teachers also.

There should be code of conduct for teachers/management which should be undertaken by the teachers/management as OATH verbally and in writing at the time of recruitment and every three years thereafter.
