India needs a seperate governing body for carrying out consultancy, feasilibility studies for FDI regarding where best to accomodate investments and availability of resources such that investor need not worry about anything permissions, land aquisitions.Care has to be taken about nature of society whether people, politics, peace, living quality, geography, human settlements and education, people participation etc.

Regarding Land acquisition, to make bill acceptable by farmers and Raise a slogan "Gaon sudharo, kisan bachao, Bhu adhigrahan karo, Yuva sashakth banao". Also open a Kisan centre for land aquisition mediation, settlement conferences, neutral evaluation, and arbitration. Dear Modiji, what would you do to protect NRIs property in India, Can you please make a separate law that no one can take NRIs property illegally not even a current tenant or care taker. This is biggest problem in India as having a property and renting. Please do something so that more investment will flow to India and in Real Estate. Look the example in Canada or USA. There are rules to protect for legal owner and does not matter who you are. I have written so many times on this issue. Arvind

Make simple bank system. Every time I struggle to get any thing progressed in Banks. Even for NRO a/c transferring matured fund from PPF is so cumbersome. It should be simple request on online and done on the same day or two. Why so many old forms, revenue stamps and etc.

They should make bankruptcy laws clear and transparent. For new ventures if they fail there should be a exit policy.Not only for NRI but for all. what happens in India if some body took the loan and could not run the project he is linked with all his failure and has to loss even residential property which is not good for giving chance to new entrepreneurs. there should be a exit policy . One chance may be given to all and put the condition .That he cannot avail any sort of loan in futuredothejob

Today the earned outside is very low for NRIs, with tax benefits in FDs/MFs/NCDs/DDB exclusively for NRIs will bring down the Cost of borrowing for Banks & other institutions in large extent. This was seen when RBI allowed FCNR borrowing to banks last year. This will have cascading impact on the lending rates by banks which will come down drastically. All this will help to spur the economy positively.
