Water is essential for Human Survival at earth. Our earth is having life because of water.Whole world is facing crisis of drinking water. We are in dangerous position in case of drinking water. We may have a concept of smart water by doing
1) do not allow any construction without Rain water harvesting tank at bottom of building.
2) use rain water harvesting water for gardening, flushing and floor cleaning.
3)allow smart tapes in building which will operate only for duration in which water is nee
My Suggestion to the Government is we have Lakhs of school spread Pan India.Students carry Water bottles to school and when school is over the students carry the water bottles back home either by throwing the remaining water or carry the bottles with remaining water back home.
If we provide a drum and encourage School that while returning home the balance water in the bottles are transferred to the drum and can be used for watering the plants in the surrounding naming it NATION PRIDE SCHOOL
I saw a news article on someone proposing desalination and then pumping the water to Nashik and then to the Godavari. Can you imagine the expense? For drinking water, at least there are simpler solutions. Take it from the air. Most life in deserts survive on water extracted from the air as dew. One can mimic by using air cooling sytems or by using super water absorbing polymers. The knowhow exists and the cost per liter will be much lower than pumping water up the ghats. hope this gets someone
Most of the Indian population have ration card attached to their and their family's name. How's like if the Indian government in collaboration with the state government starts the supply of storage tanks in very nominal prices and encourages every ration holder to buy them and get them fitted in your roof and other drains. I think this can be a mass revolution in which people can save thousands and thousands litre of water. Respected Mr. PM, could you please look into this suggestion
Mr,Prime Minister,As every human being goes to the toilet everyday either its morning afternoon or night and goes more than 4 times a day.Either someone is using the urinal or washing hands or face.i have an idea if we connect one pipe from the wash basin where we clean our hand or face and it is not a very dirty water as soap is used every time and that we can connect to the urinal pot as this way lot of water will be saved everyday by every household.
Mr.Prime Minister,Sir i am Gargi Sharma from Satna(M.P.).Sir,many parts in our country are facing a serious problem of water scarcity.Sir,we can't blindly depend on rain water only.Sir,we can't stop the people from boring but we can limit their monthly usage by fitting their water tanks with a limit checker and monthly inspection should be there.the guilty(person who has used water above limit)should be fined.
In India, the water is being taken for industry, for cities, and especially for agriculture. India has suffered a country wide spread famine, which resulted into an agricultural revolution in the past half century. We now produce enough food to feed all people; but the fact remains that many Indians still go hungry today is an economic and political puzzle, because the country exports most of the rice produce. It is estimated that 1/4 of India is irrigated with underground water, is not replaced
