To maintain smart health one has be fit, perfect, happy and always be jolly. I am 48 years old working in a PSU with no BP & Sugar and not using spects. I travel daily 120 kms. I have no habits like smoking, drinking alcohol & never tasted nonveg & decided will never taste in my life. Once I sleep in night will never wake up in during sleep & wake up at 6.00 am only. I never know the word of headache, acidity, gas, tension etc. Healthy mind->No Doctor->No Medicine->Healthy body=Smart&Fit Healh.

AYUSH chikitsa centres should be opened at block level. This method gives good result and is cheaper than alopathy also. Rural unemployed people should be given training too.

govt should open chain of hospitals,( they can aquire already established hosp), or can work in coordination with private sector hospitals.

Health checkup once in a year should be provided by all employers to their employees.Basic check ups and advanced checks on case to case basis.
It should be made mandatory.

Physiotherapy is a good option for self employment. Sir please increase its statues by making individual council like Britain.

Every Builder Constructor who is taking land and causing deforestation must replace atleast 3 times more trees than they cut. The weather has changed at lot due to cutting of trees.

we should think about major health reform in public health center in each village.myself dr.manisha mahajan i have developed India's first digital health center at phc patonda chalisgaon taluka dist jalgaon maharashtra,for tht i have not used single penny from govt expenditure
i have converted all phc work in single software.complete work is paperless,environtment friendly,completion of all targets within time, even we can see all data and phc anywher in india.pt gets benifits opd increased.

The first and foremost idea on smart health is maintaining proper record of patients admitted in hospitals which will show the detail as follows- No of patients admitted, No of patients recovered and discharged,No of patients died.This should be prominently displayed at the front of the hospital without any negligence because a common man usually goes to a hospital for treatment seeing the infrastructure and the advertisement of the hospital without knowing the quality of the hospital.
