Honorable Prime Minister. I consider myself as a proud Indian first and then a Hindu even though I belong to a minority community. (Sikh). Have never experienced any discrimination in my 69 years and these days one hears a lot about intolerance and political parties speak of secularism etc. The definition of a Hindu must be correctly understood by one and all that every citizen of India is a Hindu by geographical consideration. Hindu is not a religion, sanatan is. Need to bring a law to clarify

National Authority for CSR : Respected Prime Minister, Congratulations on collaborating with all countrymen to jointly pursue development priorities for a Bright India. Thank you for introducing new perspectives to the Public-Private Partnerships. My submission is to form National Level Authority for Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) under the Honourable PM to align CSR activities with that of the Nation's/State's development Programs which will ensure mainstreaming and purposeful spending.

Respected Sir, emphasis on preventive sevices must be more than curative services.To give round the clock 24×7 hr curative services to Rural population we must recruit one additional medical officer (AYUSH)at each primary health centre.We also must merge all National programmes under only two national programmes that 1.Reproductive and child health programme,2.IDSP programme under NHM umbrella .we must regularise private health sector by making price regulation of treatment.

Its a great delight to address you that every stride you are taking for uplifting nation is commendable. I dont think i need to tell you much as you have been doing a great work along with the people associated with you. Still i would humbly put an idea in front of you which i have been thinking for a very long time. Medicine and health has been a major area of concern for our country. Why dont we connect both of then with our Aadhar. Jeevan-aadhar. Data Base system.

MAKE IN INDIA, HOUSING FOR ALL, SWACHCHA BHARAT ABHIYAN ETC. CAN NEVER BE SUCCESSFUL WITHOUT THE FULL AND WHOLE HEARTED SUPPORT OF THE ENGINEERS OF THE COUNTRY. We look towards foreign based technocrats to come back and work here but neglect the engineers which remained in the country. Please give them some respect as they are the core of development. Adoption of new technologies is essential for development, but is being ignored by Government Sectors and is only a slogan.

I would request you to focus on these 3 points:
1-Improve our education system - Today we are suffering with a poor education system and the condition of government schools is pathetic.Nobody prefers to admit his child in a government school.
2-Improve healthcare- The condition of hospitals is also pathetic and we should lay more emphasis on healthcare and sanitation.
3-Control population-This is the major cause of most of the problems like poverty,employment,lack of resources,etc.

Sir,
Still, we have a strong urban rural divide in basic education and medical facilities
as well as lack of employability/skill development among rural youth. Further, our education
policies should promote research/innovation etc., where we are far behind the U.S. and Europe.
Your attention to these aspects and plans in these areas may please be made part of your I day speech .
My congrats on your new thinking, action and methods in giving India a corrupt-free government

I request to amend the constitution to enable compulsory Military Service of two years when a person attaining at the age of 25 years if he is not secured either a job in public or private sector company or he should have started a business under make in India initiative. It will create a determination in the mind of students that they have to study to secure a job or business within 25 years or they have to take rigorous military training. Thus they will not get a time to think

Shree Narendra Modi sir,As I suggest or I am requesting to you sir arrange one lecture per week which will related to any missions like clean India, stop usage of other countries product as possible as much and uses an Indian product , about anti corruption etc etc... in every schools which are in India by the government and these lectures should be taken by the educated peoples . These educated peoples should choose by the government.
