I am an CSE Engineer , searching for job. But there is no job for freshers out there in IT INDUSTRY.what the hell i do..............................what is my government do for me......is that i m stay at home as unemployment......
Creating neighbourhood blood banks at phc levels and ensuring one phc for every 1000 families will solve many ills of health in our society
adopting mplads fubds for phcsshould be considered by all mps
our health care is 80% private, 20% govt , it is important to involve small clinic practitioners in NATIONAL HEALTH POLICIES in order to achieve health goals, PHC DOCTORS , COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRES doctors should be paid special SERVICE allowance TAX FREE of 50000pm for sacrificing big corporate practice ,
d. MRP based VAT.
The government should introduce MRP based VAT to discourage inflated
pricing of products.
This will lead to more VAT collection.
e. Similarly Vaccines (Imported or Indigenous) should have price
ceiling. Unfair pricing in these products is making life miserable for
the parents and patients.
f. Surgical consumables & disposables: Starting from needles,
syringes, scalp vein sets to orthopedic implants all surgical
consumables are having high MRP and exorbitant costs
The patient in most of the
cases has to shell out even twice the amount of a branded product
available. The retails chemists also do not pay the difference of the
VAT to the government.
By invoicing based pricing, I mean the Price to the retailer. (The
selling price of the distributor/wholeseller)The MRP of branded and
non-branded generics is usually 7-8 times the price to the retailer.c. Price Capping:
The Govt. should introduce price capping on generics (branded or
non-branded).
It’s in
India only that generics are being sold with brand names. This leads
to, in 90% of the cases that the retail chemists sells them as branded
medicines or are promoted through propaganda channels.
b. Invoicing based MRP:
Introduce invoicing price based MRP on branded and non branded
generics. Right now the MRP on branded or non-branded generics is very
high and doesn’t offer any relief to the patient. The huge margin is
being pocketed by the retail chemists.
The patients are losing their hard earned money and
the govt. is losing VAT. The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority
(NPPAI),The Drugs Controller General, the concerned central ministry
are silent on this issue, while the Organization of Pharmaceutical
Producers of India (OPPI), Indian Drugs Manufacturers Association
(IDMA) & AIOCD are reaping harvests day and night.
Generic Medicines:
a. Ban branded generics:
A complete blanket ban on generic branded should be done.
Malpractices in medicine pricing are always being discussed and the
issue has been discussed in T.V. shows but always a wrong notion is
being discussed that the branded medicines are costlier to the
patients and are benefitting the Pharmaceutical industry. Time and
again, a cacophony is heard that doctors should prescribe generic
medicines. Nobody has ever discussed the pricing of the so called
generic drugs and the direct effect of these generics to the patient
and the exchequer.
The following things need to be done urgently in all hospitals
(1) Doctors and staff should be available round the clock in proper dress
(2) Emergency drugs should be available and be given free of cost
(3) Swatchch hospitals -it is the most important thing to be done. Most of our gov. hospitals
are stinking
Though the issue is not related to Health directly , but indirectly so many persons are affected due to uneven speak breakers in Roads available in Hyderabad. Due to which lot of 2 wheeler riders are facing problem like back problem and other bone releated problems. Hence we need to make some guidelines how and where the speed breakers has to be put so that the major health issue can be solved.
