HealthCare and education have gone worse to worst in India. There were days when patents will go to PHCs and District Hospitals and get consultation and medicines free of cost. People had faith in government hospitals which is now gone due to callous attitude of doctors. A Private doctor or hospital is more concerned with making money and would suggest hospitalization, unwarranted tests and operations even when not required and even not hand over the dead body unless dues are cleared.

We, are a group of individuals who have formed an NGO named' Institute for Narcotics Studies and Analysis' (INSA) and have been working in this field for the last five years. Details are at our website www.narcoinsa.org. We would be happy to join the fight against drug menace as desired by PM.

Sir, 108 ambulance system is a very useful system and saved many lives. The system needs to be strengthened and spread to all parts of country. The quality should not be allowed to deteriorate as happening now.

Sir, Please ensure that drinking water supply pipe lines are away from sewage/drains as at many places water pipe lines are running near or inside drains and drinking water gets contaminated when not under pressure. Seperation of these will help in preventing many diseases and following malnutrition.
