To achieve the Clean India, we have started a project here in Bangalore which includes
1. Drain and lakes remodelling to clean which will enhance the environmental quality.
2. Rain water captured for reuse for urban population or for industrial/commercial purpose which will reduce the cost of bringing water source to the city.
3. Urban Flooding will get minimised.
With the Government’s support, clean India program by 2019 can be achieved with a similar initiative taken for all the cities.

if we really feel that GANGA is our maaa(mother) we will think of keeping it clean and
HOLY.APART FROM INDUSTRIES POLUTING THE WATER OF GANGA,we as individual going to sacred,holy ganga water for actions meant for our forefathers(various religious vidhies and grass paper food and what not?)-we just put it in.like in PUNE -IF WE KEEP CLEAN PLASTIC OR METAL POTS FILLED WITH GANGA WATER AND PUT ALL THE THINGS IN TO IT (IT WILL AMOUNT TO RELEASE OF THESE THINGS IN GANGA WATER ONLY.)

CSIR-IMMT,institute of material mangement Bhubaneshwar developed alow cost water filter `terrafill`. We have used them in small scale in HImachal Pradesh in Panchayat ghars & Schools but it has not reached common man.Still most parts of country face diarrhea and other water relaated deseases in summers. I request to keep special funds for such blocks in country which ssuffer most ,so as to provide 1 filter per household. cost(Rs500). I offer to teach its use to people.

RWAs participation in organizing blood donation camps voluntarily at frequent intervals and encouraging RWAs keeping blood group records for local their residents would help the society in need.

Recently, I have come to see a news report named "Unhealthy Delhi". It says Delhi, our capital city has become unhealthy for living beings due to increased air pollution. The main reason for the problem is obviously, dangerous smoke coming out of the vehicles. The vehicular air pollution keeps on rising as vehicles on our roads increase day by day. I believe that vehicle pollution tests should be done for every vehicles regularly to keep a check on air pollution up to a certain extent.

Being a research scholar in Preventive and Social medicine,its my concern for the disarranged vendings and shops on " lanka square" and many other places.it burdens the cleaning process, so i suggest that if there would be specific place for vending it would help in the movement clean india.as it would restrict this haphazard practice thereby casting a positive effect on traffic, environment, hygiene and health in the long run.

इन दिनाें में विदेश के दाैरान साउथ इंडियन काे अपना पासपाेर्ट बनवाने में रवासी दिक्कताें का सामना करना पड रहा है। साउथ इंडियन अादमी अपने नाम के साथ पिता के नाम का Initial लगाता है किन्तु पासपाेर्ट के नियमाें में Initial नही चलता है तथापि उसे अपने पिता के नाम काे पुरा लिरवना पडता है जिसे पासपाेर्ट विभाग के सरकारी कर्मचारी नाम सुधार कर पेपर में छपवाने हेतु दबाव डाला जाता है। elaboration of Initials & English Spelling change in the same name should be accepted.
