To consolidate it further, I suggest that superannuation funds should be allowed to transferred to NPS. This will help in reducing early withdrawal of retirement fund as most of the salaried class withdraws the fund when they change their job. Withdrawal of superannuation fund at the time of change of job beats the purpose of superannuation fund.
