Government has given benefit of reservation to SC/ST and OBC community since independence. Near about 75 years they had been enjoying the benefit of reservation in getting job and concession in many fields. The provision was recommended for 10years only by the makers of constitution, but this provision was extended by the ruling government again and again. Now time has come to stop these provisions and fill the vacancy of job on merit basis.Our society needs efficient people to run it.If we choose people for important positions on merit basis, there will be higher benefit and efficiency to society.Brahmin community is badly affected by reservation.This community has given some of the most intelligent people to the society.Every citizen of India should get equal opportunity in government jobs and in society.
