Respected Modi Ji, Sub:- JULY 27TH – National CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Day I request you to consider including BLS (Basic Life Support) which includes cardio pulmonary resuscitation(CPR), a life saving skill compulsiorily as a part of curriculum of School students of 10th Standard. Irrespective of the syllabus, all students of state schools,private as well as aided school students of Secondary School/High School should be trained in CPR/BLS, assessed and certified. Passing in BLS should be made a mandatory part before issuing Senior Secondary School exam certificate. Basic life support Training is essential because it teaches individuals how to properly manage critical medical emergencies, such as cardiac arrest and obstructed airways. Kindly consider my Suggestion and include BLS as part of Senior Secondary School curriculum and exam Dr.A.G.Malavika
