I request Government of India to reconsider its policies regarding transfer for Central Government Civilian Employees for all serving ranks. My relatives posted in other states have been a victim of office politics, were discriminated based on linguistic issues and want some exposure in other states. If all India transfer scheme is not possible, the Government may consider the zonal transfer just like in Railways. Associations in central government civilian employees have always exist to hinder any government policy, play politics in offices, promote interest of lobby and impose litigation on Department if it comes with any fruitful idea. Also non gazetted departmental promotion exams are sometimes compromised and meritorious candidate are debarred from promotion by lobby through politics

Education of Madarsas have given births to million of Islamic Jihadis. Exodus of KPs from Kashmir was result of Jihadi ideology injected through Madarsas. Madarsas have turned Threat to the National Security and Integrity. Moreover Indian Govt expending millions of Crores on the Madarsas to create terrorists and Ant India Ideologists, which is not in the interest of the Country.
