Hon'ble PM,

1) All state governments have 35 year of upper age limit for Graduation Level Government Job examinations conducted by their
respective service commissions. But SSC/UPSC/IBPS and other Central Govt recruitment exams have 27-30 years as the
maximum age limit.

2) There should be no disparity amongst the youth who aspire to be working for the Central Govt and prepare for exams like
SSC/IBPS etc.

3) This issue have been many a times been highlighted but to no avail. The upper age limit for SSC/IBPS should be increased
given the rise in multidisciplinary skill demands of govt jobs as well. It will open the door for many talented and skillful youths
who have the corporate experience to join the GROUP B and Group C jobs to make the system more efficient.

4) In most of developed countries there is no age limit for Upper age limit for civil servants, I believe this issue must be
addressed in this Mann ki baat talk.

Honorable pm sir I attention main issue of unemployment youth conditions,present time youth face competition exam fraud and chiting and involve Gov organization ex - Rpsc , rmssb chief and some political leader because A poor and economical student work private sector and earn money , and fight current competitional time while paper out not stop .These cause he do suicide and depressed. please sir India's educational system corruption stop .

1. Total revamp of judicial system max one year for justice delivery.
2. Online facilities E-Office for all services to public without corruption.
3. pot holes free roads and all mandals or blocks or districts covered by 4 lane national highways and 6 lane for inter state.
4. All mandals or blocks or districts covered by railway lines and fast trains
5. At least 4 front and 4 back general boogies for all express trains
6. All govt jobs except officer cadre to be outsourced in all state central and PSU' and even panchayat levels results in 10 crore jobs additional with same costs.
7. All state and districts should have equal services per person per area
8. All Govt should less intervene in peoples life's and make more governance.
9. No free or subsidy schemes max only 10% poor population.
10. Bar on all people in country to have more than one acre land or more than 2 houses or more than 500gms gold precious etc as population increasing and less resources to maintain balance.

How can we be "Vocal for Local" for our National Sports Hockey?
Our daughters brought honour and pride to the Nation by winning Jr. Asia Cup by defeating 4 times Champions South Korea; however, we the Indians, were deprived of our right to watch them playing, as NO SINGLE SPORTS TV CHANNEL, INCLUDING OUR OWN DD SPORTS, bothered to telecast the tournament for us. It was some portal named watch.hockey where the matches could be seen. To my view and if deem fit your excellency can intervene and ensure that wherever India is participating in international hockey tournaments, be it of men's, women's, junior boys or junior girls, it should be telecasted at least on DD SPORTS. This would bring lot of encouragement for players and also awareness among our people for our NATIONAL GAME. Let's be Vocal for our National Game. Dhanyavaad.
