Respected Pradhan Mantri Ji, I want to share a good idea for Good Governance. The Good Governance and Transparency is the base for My gov platform also. Today whenever any new amendment is passed, the professionals like us have to scrap through egazettee.gov.in. That is not an easy task. That is also not full proof that the present state of law is fully understood. You know sometimes amendments came in name of amendment act but could also be in name of grouped act say Finance Act. Thus, it is highly difficult for a layman to understand the law. I would like to suggest that whenever any new amendment is uploaded in the gazettee it should be support by the complete new set of amended law also. Further, to improve more on this idea, rather than uploading new pdf of full act, a link can be created whereby the updated text form of act is made available for visuality of viewers.
