I want to share my thought on doubling the farmers'income. LED Lights have resulted in huge power savings.I suggest that LED White Light should be used to increase the crop productivity. If we light up our crop fields with White LED Light, then plant will produce food in the night and the plant growth will double. And crop will be ready in 3 months against 6 mths. And we can have 2 crops in 1 season. And double the productivity. Osram has a proven solution on this. Bajaj is doing research on it.

Sir, It is a matter of common knowledge that cases u/s 138 of the Negotiable instruments Act(NI ACT)are widely pending in the courts mostly by pleading the advancing of money to the other party on account of friendly loan in cash to avoid the production of any documentary proof regarding the source of money by the lenders. So a survey may be conducted and friendly loan transactions may be taken out of the preview of NI Act and only loan amount advanced through cheque shall be included.

Giving Loan Waivers is just no solution. It is only spoiling their habits. Secondly Tax exemption should be removed for rich farmers, why they need exemption when they can by big cars, live lavish lives. It only increases corruption.
