IRDA HAS MADE Entry level NABH accreditation for Hospital compulsory by July 2018.
It's implementation is not feasible or practical for small nursing home s. This rule is to favour corporate hospitals only. This corporate hospitals are out of reach for common people . It is spoiling image of whole medical fraternity. Near by doctors and small nursing home doctors are serving 80% population.
So keep them out of preview of NABH accreditation but make it voluntary

Remove cast based reservation from higher education . Give them only monetary help if eligible but poor.

Capping over compensation to patient in case of doctors negligence is must.
Stop assault on doctors.
Bring central law and strictly implement.
Stop abusing and defaming doctors in your speech.
If one minister is corrupted you do not resolve Parliament so don't dissolve MCI but amend and improve its code and conduct
Change medical education system.
No NEXT exam for MBBS.

I want to share my thought regarding reservation.Although this reservation system is difficult to abolish as whole but I believe at least it should be vanished from education system of country.Those deserving reserved category candidates can be offered scholarships from institution instead of giving a seat. Through reservation, general category students don't get seat in various institutions inspite of a pretty good rank. Sir,Kindly look into this matter.

Improve local transportation. Thats what impacting every one living in cities. Many of the time it can be resolved by simple detour/bypass but thats not done. It impacts economy by wasting time and petrol. It impacts health by polluting environment and creating stress. It costs life because people rush and cases accidents, ambulances get stuck. Its one of the biggest problem in county. Just need an attitude to realuze and solve it.

Remove cast based reservation in education if you want to develop our country.
Give monetary help only to eligible candidates of higher education.

Only one person in family may get job under reservation.

(2) if lawyer can charge lakhs or crores as fees why doctors can not ?
(3) you have made medical education in Gujarat as a business for all mediCal college and they are charging fees in crores why doctors should not charge reasonable fees?
