1) many offender who are not loan defaulter swindle money of investors by transfer of asset to wife or daughter name but Indias female wealth law allows immunity in such cases so that needs to be changed
2) many laws allows females to wrongly ask for alimony and assets of husband's even if she is guilty as laws are weirdly framed that also needs to be changed

this is related to the issue of NOC for govt officials on genuine cases.Iam working in PSU sector India and my husband is working abroad.
At times my husband has had illness and i applied for NOC but was delayed for reasons unknown.Sir as family for domestic reasons we need to go atleast during emergency conditions.Applying same rules & haressing us with our family condition.I have even given VRS owing to this issue.Sir i request that rulings may be relaxed for women genuine issues.
