मा.प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदीजी, बीटी कपास 2002 में आया । 2005 में, डबल जीन का आगमन हुआ और लाखों वर्षों से आया हुआ हमारा कपास गया। 2002 बी.टी कपास आ गई और किसान प्रभावित हो गया। प्रारंभ में बिना छिड़काव के उत्पादन 10 से 15 क्विंटल होता था । परंतु वही बीटी कॉटन का आज की उपज १ एकड मे ५ क्विंटल आता है । बीज, छिड़काव, रासायनिक खाद पर भी जादा खर्च होता है। इसलिए किसान कपास की इस फसल को छोड रहा है । हमारे देश को कपास की फसल को छोड़ने से गंभीर समस्या खडी हो जायेगी । देश के लिये तो कपास महत्वपूर्ण फसल है l तो क्या किसानोंने देश के लिए घाटे में खेती करना चाहिए ? मैं पिछले 20 सालों से बीटी कपास पर अध्ययन कर रहा हु । और इस के चिंतन का परिणाम ने मै एक मौलिक संशोधन की ओर पहुंच गया हुं । यह संशोधन को CICR द्वारा वैज्ञानिक शोध के रूप में मान्यता दी गई है । CICR ने भी इसे सायंटिफिक संशोधन है ऐसा कहा है । मा.प्रधानमंत्रीजी ने आप की मन की बात के प्रबोधन मे ये विषय को छेडा तो ये टेक्निक से कपास की खेती करणेवाली किसानो की संख्या लाखो से बढ जायेगी । कृपा करके separate document attach किया हुआ पढे।

कृपया आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी आपसे विन्रम निवेदन है, मै एक स्वंसेवक हूँ, आपसे अनुरोध करना चाहता हूँ बहुत से प्रदेश मे भर्मण करने पर पता चला , की मेरी माँ जिनके शरीर मे 33 करोड़ देवी देवताओं का निवास होता है उनकी स्थिति नहीं देखि जाती हर मंत्रालय है हमारे पास kya हम अपनी इस सनातनी सोच बाली सरकार मे गौ माता के लिए अलग से कोई मंत्रालय नहीं बना सकते आपसे विन्रम निवेदन है कृपया इस विषय पर चिंतन करें माननीय प्रधानमंत्री ji

I have few requests /suggestions:

1. Kindly make regulation that a person can only vote once in 5 years in state and municipal elections...I feel many people travel from one state to another to change the voting demography..

2. Kindly create regulation that females of the family have to vote before male members of the family.

3. I have strong doubts that a particular community is managing a database system or application at regional /local level wherein, they enter mobile number & name of those individuals who are vocal/active on social media against the injustice, inhumane preachings & terrorism...I feel that particular community can use certain radicals from outside area to target those vocal/active individuals.

4. Kindly make regulation that shop owners & tenants both name,Adhaar should appear on the shop sign boards and its unlawful to use another community name or religious symbol for trade, business.

Kindly atleast give it a thought before rejecting 🙏 🙏

My view to make India an discipline + beautiful Country by making standards of Traffic rules , Road side plantations , standard of Road quality, Artificial lakes, Road side vendors site allocations, Public transportations rules, street light loose wiring removal, waste disposal etc etc etc.
For such task we should do brain storming by reputed specialized agencies in one major city ( In worst condition) and make that city a model for other cities.
I have lots of creative ideas of transpotations , parkings, beautifications , local vendor earnings, public health regaining etc etc.. All we have to come together with innovative ideas to make structural development of my country and make people more responsible to perform their duties for other citizens under your guidance and leadership.

Now that you are in Japan. Please bring some flowering plants like roses, dahlias and other flowering plants. In India there are many botanical garden and I have visited there places. They are not well maintained and have very few flowering plants. In Japan there are many botanical garden and parks that are absolutely beautiful. They are well maintained. Please bring some beautiful flowering plants. Get some roses and dahlias and distribute to all botanical gardens in every state and UT in India. Please don't miss this opportunity to get some plants from Japan.

Who are not willing to serve please don't accept the nomination of them because of there selfishness the country will go backward in teams of economy and also gradually we loose seats in there respective constitution and gradually we loose entire state has happened in Karnataka because of worst government in Karnataka Congress came in to picture.

Pranam. I am Hariharasubramanian from Chennai. all the Central Govt. Departments are harassing the disabled son/daughter of the Central Govt Pensionoer while applyining for gettiing Part IV Co authorization of family pension to the disabled son/daughter of the pensioner/family pensioner under CCS Pension rule. The departments harass the parents to submit a fresh disability certificate from a Medical board which should contain the earning capacity of the disabled son. this is highly arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the Right of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016/Rule 2017. The disability certificate issued by the Medical authority should be in accordance with the RPwD Act 2016/Rule 2017 and only UDID has to be submitted. There is no scientific method for assessing the earning capacity of the disabled person issued by the Health dept. No provision is available in the disability certificate to write about the earning capacity of the disabled person. settle the issue to get justice
