B) WASTE WATER MANAGEMENT - As in city some of the places UGD is provided and some of the area it’s not present. Even rain water is mixed in drainage line. First thing we need to make different lines as drainage line and rain water line, second thing need to make lakes , As rain water line is made separately and moved to lakes or recharge pits so that ground water table is recharged. And can be used for other purposes. And sewage water is moved to treatment plant.

There should be special vehicle which takes dustbin from the area and moved to pickup yard and unloaded and kept back, And there should be given names to pickup yard and dustbin No’s around the city.

A) WASTE MANAGEMENT- making of two categories as DRY WASTE AND WET WASTE , and there should two color codes of dustbins for e.g.- for dry- as green and for wet as yellow, As these dustbins placed in city at every 100 to 200 sq meters. It should be such that it has wheels (as trolley) and at every 10 sq km a pickup yard is made, from there a big containers are kept and loaded and moved to recycle yard

8. EXISTING CITY GIVING MORE AMENITIES – As we know the city is been developed on all the 4 corners of the city. But there lot of gap between all sides of city and less public infrastructures.

in city fire and safety, emergency service, solid waste management, a new railway station near to CBT

7. INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT- In future city is growing then for that population infrastructure should be provided like road, bus shelter, connectivity, international cricket stadium. In future City should have a 4 lane ring road, in city limits NH4 should be 8 lanes and airport road should be 6 lanes. And all the city roads should made off concrete roads. Bus shelters should be hi-tech main bust stand should be multi floors, satellite bus stop, hospitals, schools, lakes, parks.

6. EDUCATIONAL HUB- for education a proper location should be provided as we have seen most of city that commercial and educational hubs are far away from residence area. Education hub should be located in between center of 6-8 sectors or satellite towns. Such that commercial and education hubs should be near to sector area. So that all hubs can be utilized in max purpose

5. RESIDENTIAL HUB- New residential plots should be provided towards airport road, opposite to beside suvarna vidhana soudha, beside NH 4, Residential hub should be like sector wise, where each sector should contain 15000-18000 population and all the amenities of township should be provided and easy connectivity from all the hubs.

4. COMMERCIAL HUB - In city as of now there is city market as the commercial hub, in future we need to locate new commercial hubs and it should be located such as near to new township and satellite towns.
As of now Tilakwadi as new commercial hub other than city market, likewise in future to reduce traffic in city we need to locate new commercial hubs in outside the city or between center of 6-8 sectors commercial hub is located

Now new factory based industries should be placed beside of NH4 highways, From NH 4 highways and new ring road there should be connectivity for other industrial areas located in different parts of Belagavi. Office based industries (like IT & BT industries) should be located around ring road so that it will easily connected to the city. Corporate offices a set of location is made near to NH4 highways because for easy connectivity to the factories and other offices and city.
