properly maintain the pipes like electrical, sewage, gasolines, internet and landline cables, drinking water with proper storage
make the koovam clean with help of central government then try a city as smarter
WHy doesnt Chennai corporation implement a simple thing called "CABLE DUCTS"... it reduces a lot of digging up of the road and so many other problems

Moral science,NSS to be made compulsory in schools and college.
Private securities to be deployed.
Tidel power along sea coast.
Reverse Osmosis units along the sea coast.
Water ways for passenger transportation.
Ambulance/VIP lanes demarcated.
Cycle track lanes to be demarcated.
In order to reduce social nuisances red light areas have to be demarcated with License holders.
