Lucknow should focus on professional courses to overcome unemployment and poverty. To overcome poverty child trafficking should be reduced... as we find a lot of children begging . If any child is not getting education, some punishment should be announced for parents.

Administration should take a strict measure of checking the Govt. School students in Lucknow as they are becoming criminals day by day. Their uniform their hairstyle doesn't make look like a school student. every child is coming for modeling in school. Parents should be called to school if their child is not in the dress code and other school rules and regulations. Govt. schools are the main feature of Lucknow.

Traffic Management
Roundabouts are Lucknow signature landmarks but increasing traffic is making it difficult to maintain. Suggest (IOT Based) Wireless ,renewable energy based ,connected Traffic lights should be installed everywhere where there is traffic bottlenecks ,along with roundabouts. Using advance analytics software ,traffic should be monitored and traffic lights should be turned off-on or monitored.

I think all important sections are covered in the "Draft Smart City Proposal for Lucknow", nothing like it if implemented. Basic Infrastructure, Traffic Management, Better & Wide Roads, Encroachment Free, Waste Disposal/recycle, Planned Construction/Development, More Online Services, Public Transport System, Medical Facilities, Drainage & Sanitation System, Drinking Water etc.
Above all to get such targets for Smart City to achieve every resident or common man should participate and cooperate.

Make medical infrastructure reachable to each and every citizen of the city that too at affordable rates.
Create special traffic lanes for emergency services
Accident relief should be reachable within max 15 to 20mins
E-governance in all departments to reduce time duration and corruption

The law should be one for all and people should be deterred from taking undue advantage of their position and power. Lucknow is known for it's rich tradition and mannerism, the citizens of this City of Nawabs should endeavor to keep this tradition alive. Government should endeavor to provide good civic amenities.
