I suggest the following measures:
1. Linking Aadhar with PAN for Accurate Assessment: To accurately determine the economic status of students, we should consider linking Aadhar numbers with PAN cards. This linkage would create a comprehensive economic profile for each student and streamline the verification of income certificates. Such integration would facilitate precise identification of students eligible for economic reservations and reduce administrative hurdles.
2. Establishing Income Slabs Similar to Income Tax: Introducing income slabs akin to those used for income tax purposes could provide a more structured and transparent framework for economic reservations. By categorizing students into different income brackets, we can ensure that reservations are allocated based on specific economic criteria.

DIGIPIN is an initiative to establish a geo-coded addressing system in india. it's aimed at developing National Addressing Grid and ensuring simplied addressing solutions for citizen-centric delivery of public and private services.
1.Detailed structure is such that the DIGIPIN is essentially an encoding of the latitude and longitude of the address into a sequence of alphanumeric symbols using the following symbols 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,G,J,K,L,M,P,W,X.
2.The process of identifying the cells is done in a hierarchical fashion. the encoding is performed at various levels, and the basic idea is the following.
A bounding box is used that covers the entire country.
The bounding box is split into 16 regions, each region is labeled by one of symbols 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, G,J,,K,L,M,P,W,X. The first character in the code would identify one of these regions, this is called first level-1partition.
Each region is then subdivided to 16 sub regions, are labeled by 16 characters.
