Make it compulsory to students, incase their parents haven't bought LED bulbs through the before said channels like LPG supplier, Postman etc.All Panchayath should initiate in this scheme and arrange bulbs to home thorough Asha Workers, Kudumbashree or the likes.

Another method of delivery is through ration shops where buying at least a bulb in a month with ration materials shall be made compulsory. The bulbs shall have different watts. Postman also can deliver. Make it a must for people to use by awareness prog through media, educational institutions, seminars etc.

Awareness programme is a must. Apart from awareness programme, free delivery of LED buls to the house/establishment/restaurants etc. shall be made possible who are using LPG. The delivery man of LPG will deliver bulbs to the home etc. Cost of bulb shall be levied on customer. It must be compulsory the customer should buy at least one bulb on ordering of gas. Availability of LED bulb is not sufficient. In Kerala, for example no successful delivery has been done by Electricity Department.

first of all improve the efficency of power department. reduce the line loss. power theft should be severly punished. officers and political parties encouraging power theft should terminated or banned. officers who take bribe for providing power connection or for correcting the power supply or for wrong billing should be hanged to death. then see the difference.

LED bulbs of different watt must be provided under UJALA scheme. At present on 9 watt bulb is provided. All Govt office must replace tradition tubelight and bulbs/CFL with LED tubelight and LED bulbs #MinistryofPower
