My suggestion is to issue Smart Cards to each bank account holders for a specified amount which can be replenished from time to time. Make it compulsory for each shopkeepers in the metro cities to have such card reading machines. People who buy goods will make payment with such cards, and the shopkeepers can get their account credited by giving reading details of their machines. Such, cards are prevalent in food courts of many Malls.

Enable and promote UPI based transactions from Individual to Businesses.
There are very few individual to individual transactions.
No. of transactions as well as volume of transactions between individual and Business entities is very high.
Currently a current account can not have a UPI.
Bridge this gap asap -Ask banks to create UPI for current accounts and support transactions between Business UPIs and other UPIs

1. Every citizen of India should be identified through their Adhar card No. and all bank accounts, property and money transactions (> 5 lac) should be linked to Adhar card No.
2.Make Rs. 100 as the highest legal tender value note and scrap Rs. 2000 and 500 notes after demonetisation situation stabilizes. This will help to avoid black money hoarding and also encourage to people adopt cashless transactions.

make some arrangement for "Charges Free" cashless payment system by using Aadhar biometric .
No need to carry any Debit/credit card.

Cash Required for "Courruption"
And most important let trader to do them business free in freedom india.
stop all lience issue/renew and many more other expence for trader.
all know trader reqiured cash for pay "Chay-Pani" . Goverment must focus stop courruption.

A simple procedure for Paying money by any mobile is as follows. It is based on LPG Gas booking procedure. It is necessary that each person's Aadhar no. is linked with mobile no. and bank account. the procedure will be as follows

*code no*Aadhar no of sender*amount to transfer* Aadhar no of recepient.

For eg A person has to dial as follows

Every panchayat should be given the task to train their respective villagers about the benefits of cashless transaction.once the panchayts are involved the whole country will get educated as the main target should be the rural population who are still away from the cashless regime and ate bit afraid about the cashless transaction methods. They have to be apprised about the benefits of cashless transaction and its benefits .surely the sense of protection and confidence building will bring change

Sir,Thank whole heartedly for your efforts in making better Bharat.Even after demonetization, people are still trying to make huge black money and create same environment like before.
My suggestion: Every individual has an AADHAR number and also might have a PAN number.
If we make a portal to search for an individual that the government has track of his income. and i can visit this portal and submit the amount i paid. this way the income of an individual is tracked and tax paid.#BlackMoney
