The Government of India issued guidelines for the promotion of payments through cards and digital means on 29th February, 2016. The guidelines can be seen (here). A Committee was ...
if we use internet banking, after a fixed no of transactions they will charge more if transactions are exceeded. as they are already charging commission amount for each transaction in the form of commission, the charges n no of transactions should be removed and it should be made unlimited. to increase the digital payments the only way is to make transactions at free of cost all the time so that we can use our debit card for purchases. if u impose taxes we cant use the cards as taxes will be mor
I am very sorry to say that as per instruction of Government of INDIA THE role of RBI is very painful for the public of INDIA. As government announced that old notes of Rs.1000 $ Rs.500 can be changed up to 30st December 2016 and the same will be continued up to 31st march 2017 from RBI. However it is observed that RBI is not entertaining the general public for the change the old Notes stating that you go to MODI HE WILL CHANG THE MONEY. This is very very ------ painful for general public.
Government should limit debt card and credit cards charges less than 0.025 to 0.25% for businesses to encourage cashless transactions. Charges should match up to RU pay card
Govt can stop COD for e-commerce business to encourage cashless policy. This will help small local business to grow and black money will reduce.
Devesh Vidhani a CyberSecurity professional working at TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES - GUJARAT . wants to share my views regarding CYBERSECURITY IN INDIA.
As we all know Today's sophisticated cyber attacks are hard hitting companies and consumers because of the increasingly/growing close collaboration between criminal cyber expert groups. So it's but natural that we need strong defence to counter. There is dire Need of Strong Cyber Security: Information technology has spread throughout the world.
Start ETR machines in India and every premises strictly use ETR machine for invoicing and every body make payment through cheque, cards, online payment only.
For digital payments to be successful, it is imperative that policy decisions be made to limit the transaction overheads. Today, SBI, PNB and others charge a fees of over ₹5 per IMPS transaction. USSD, UPI have their own transaction costs. This will highly discourage widespread adoption of digital payments for small value transactions. Suggest govt to bear the transaction costs for end users and compensate PSPs, other infra providers with transaction cost amount. With scale, costs will go down.
1.WE don't know the Apps which was recognized by the Govt of India Approved ?
2.The Charges in Transaction cost on Swiping Machines of min 2% to 3% on the Sale is more than or equal to profit.
3.So for the Merchants the Cost of the Digitization was min 2% of the Sale Value and it became the one of the Major Expense.
Solution :
Please make the RBI Rule that the Cost of the Transaction is a nominal monthly fee to the merchant irrespective of the Sales Receipt.
Dear Sir,
THIS IS VITAL COMPLAINT against GOVT.CASHLESS POLICY.

Currency short can be solved by providing loan as digital currency and recovery by daily currency deposits. If one core selected people provided loan of one lakh each as digital transactions. They have deposit the loan recovery as currency by daily deposits. Banks wilk have enough cash for other customers also digital mass transaction will take place all over India. Slowly more people switch over to digital cash methods
