Sir, If cash payments are made then there should be service charge or handling charges so that citizen can change to digital payments. Initially payment above Rs.1000/- should be made by digital means only then slowly reduce it [once the infrastructure is fully ready] so that we become less-cash society.

In Railways purchasing tickets should be made simpler by introducing purchasing tickets by calling Railways dedicated numbers so that even uneducated person can book. For Example I will call a certain number from my mobile and request for ticket by saying my origin and destination station name and the mobile number to which the sms should be sent and the eqivalent amount should be deducted from the talktime of my mobile.Given condition is that the call should be answered by person in 3 rings.

Sir, Please remove all kinds of service charges/tax etc on payments made through card[both debit/credit]. It deters people from using card as non wants to pay anything extra. Lets start the initiative with government services first. When I booked my cylinder and made payment online I was charged 1%, next time I won't be using card as why I have to pay extra. So again cash will come into picture. So reduce all kinds of service charges to make a digital India. Regards

In order to promote digital payments take below action 1 Eliminate all charges from debit and credit card for any paymemt. I still observed certain petrol pump and DLF Public School Sahibabd still charging 1.20% extra on payment Which is very high 2 Provide rebate on all payment to some extent and promote lucky draw and ease payment receipt for merchant 3 Paytm has been adapted by all but i beleive 20k should not be allowed without aadhar card as normally people have more than 1 A/C
