Contd 5 Finally, take periodic review of people initiatives (Swach Bharat, Nano initiatives etc) quarterly and publish same for people at large. CENTRAL idea is sharing the progress with the major stakeholder (Citizen of India) and constantly seek their feedback. This will not only ensure relevance but people effort in making it self sustaining. Attach such initiative performance to civil servant half yearly appraisal / feedback.

In some area viz., clean Rly station / clean footpath of an area can have suitable surcharge wither on railway ticket / municipality tax respectively. In that regard my suggestion is to 1) create Nano ministry with task of taking initiative at grassroot level which touches people eg in Mumbai city creating additional FOB on high foot fall station (Dadar / Parel etc), creating infrastructure with designated places for Hawkers these are very small in nature but touches bottom of pyramid most. Any initiative which improves day to day life of common people should be scope of works.

Modiji, we naturally attempt big initiative as it has major impact on economy & large population but it takes significant time too. As I hear lot of such initiatives are in pipeline, some initiated on ground level too. A conducive environment of growth feeds on conducive mind. To keep mind conducive some benefit should be seen / experienced by people at large. This will not only aid large initiative but create sea of support the way Mahatma Gandhiji created.

Sir koi aisa strict kanoon bana dijiye jis se population pr control kiya ja sake q ki bina population control k vikas k bare me aap soch v nahi skte mere hisab se tin se jada bache janm dene par us parivar pr kanuni karwayi krne ka niyam bana dijiye.
