आरंभ करने की तिथि :

अंतिम तिथि :

00:00 AM IST (GMT +5.30 Hrs)
The Government of India intends to introduce the Goods and Services Tax (GST) in the country at the earliest. GST seeks to subsume many indirect taxes at the Central and State ...
we the income tax practitioners and Sales tax practitioners are giving service to the both department since 1952. We also practitioner under the VAT act. it is unfortunate that these group is not recognized under the GST act. Lacks of people giving good service to the government and public under the such circumstance The prince Minister of India and The Finance minister of India Should look in to the matter and they must provide the practice provision in the GST ACT.
so If STP’s are ignored under GST Stream not only STP’s but also dependent employees of STP’s may also be become burden on the society as they become unemployed, therefore all existing STP’s should be treat as TRP under proposed GST Act.
STP’s also practice other taxation laws like Direct tax, service tax, central excise etc. STP’s are playing important role in collection of revenues to state govt and Central Govt. As STP’s are having experience they are capable of handling various tax matters. Therefore these large number of TSP’s spread across the country should be authorized to certify the form GSTAR – 8 under proposed GST Act.so
We the Tax Practitioners of our country are playing a major role in providing basic and regular compliances in helping collection of revenue in all most all the states. It is truly injustice on our part to get the annual return to be certified by CA. Tax Practitioners also must be allowed for certification in GST.
GREETINGS TO THE GREAT MOVEMENT OF GST. WE THE TAX PRACTITIONERS WELCOME THIS INITIATE IN MAKING NATION ON PAR WITH SUPER POWERS.
RESPECTED SIR/MADAM, TAX PRACTITIONERS ARE MAIN SOURCE OF REVENUE SINCE BECAUSE OF VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCES OF THE TAX PAYERS AND IT OUR DAY TO DAY BREAD AND BUTTER.
WE ARE CONFUSED,LITTLE SHOCKED AS WE ARE NOT A PART OF THIS NEW SYSTEM,SINCE OUR FRATERNITY SERVING SINCE 1922 & TRANSITED TO VAT REGIME. WE PRAY YOUR GOODSELVES TO KINDLY CONTINUE TAX PRACTITIONERS IN GST
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please find enclosed IATA's comments and requested clarifications in relation to the various GST Committee Reports.
STP’s also practice Direct Tax, Central Excise and Service Tax. They are playing important role in Direct and Indirect Tax collection for States & Central Govt. Number of STP’s are more than the number of CA’s. Many CA’s are not practicing VAT and Central Excise by choice. After introduction of GST assesses number will increase. CA’s alone may not be able to handle this. STP’s have specified qualification, training, experience and are capable of handling the Indirect Tax Matters(GST).
Greetings.
Motto of any new change in the system is to boost country`s economy by enhancing opportunity of employment and self reliance at large. But in the proposed GST the Tax Practitioners have no role nor clarified how they will be treated in future. This aspect created a scare among the fraternity. I hope the Tax Practitioners will be governed by continuing in the New GST regime. If not they may not be the part of the vision. So please think twice before taking any decission in this regard
SBI Suggestions with respect to Joint Committee Report on Returns under GST
So, if these large numbers of STP’s are not authorized to certify the form GSTAR-8 (annual return) under GST Act, they will be put to undue hardship and they may become unemployed overtime. This will lead to under utilization of the skilled manpower and will definitely affect the socio-economic fabric of the nation.
