MY SUGGESTION - Each coach must have shredder (which should be installed by shredder manufacturers FREE and they can collect the shredded material for recycling. Railways can award contract for this. a discount of fare for upper class should strictly be stopped.railway suffers huge losses by giving discount.so I think discount should be given only in sleeper classes. or may be third ac only.no discount given on 2nd ac or 1st class.it will save huge money for railway.
