If housing facilities, health, transportation facilities, education facilities, fair price shops are provided during the working period, then the wages can be reduced accordingly. Even if a loan is taken for a permanent housing facility on the grounds of work, there is no need to pay house rent allowance. House maintenance allowance can be paid. This is less than the rent amount.Data on house rental agreements made through the registration department operating in the surrounding area should be collected and house rent should be paid based on that.
Many aspects are being discussed in this draft to reduce government expenditure.
It is sufficient for the government to provide its employees with an additional amount equal to 30% of the total salary paid by the private competitor in the district where the employee works.
It would be sufficient if the government paid its employees thirty percent more than a private competitor who pays based on the district-level CPI(minimum wage)

Clarity and truthfulness are essential in calculating the consumer price index. Only then will the purpose of this draft be fulfilled.Based on the consumer price index published zone-wise, the total salary offered by the competitor company should not be paid more than 30% or less than -10%.It is right to pay higher salaries than the competitor to retain talented people, but for that too, a maximum and minimum limit is needed.
The level of social equality should not be affected. CPI (common, IW) points can determine fair wages in a region. The government should also respect it and provide wages and non-cash benefits accordingly. The government should carefully consider local CPI, local competitor company wages, etc. It is sufficient for the government to provide an additional salary of 30% of their total salary. At the same time, it should not go below -10%.

so if nation has unique feature why not use to boost
within ambit & strict ways temple money which is economy model & that save & secure nation
may utilise in circulation can do that specific area which need pamper or areawise on experiment base
always better to use instead of misuse
if temple run economy may state head use for Self
Society always remain up/above on Self
& that ideas just can use for specific time period

National Accounts Aggregates include GDP, gross value added (GVA), national income, etc., which are being revised to a new base year so that statistics better reflect the current structure of the economy.Recommend wider use of administrative data from state governments, local bodies, agriculture, MSME and startup registries so that informal, service, and digital sectors are better captured.Propose specific methods to estimate production and income in informal enterprises, gig/platform work, e‑commerce, digital content, renewable energy, and other emerging activities that are currently under‑reported.Recommend stronger “supply‑use” and “commodity‑flow” balancing, where output, income and expenditure estimates are cross‑checked so that statistical discrepancies between different approaches to GDP are minimized. Suggest updating sector‑specific ratios using recent surveys, adopting modern price indices for deflation, and improving treatment of taxes, subsidies.

I am very glad to say that it is really a very interesting and excellent overall
subject where more than one can prescribe their suggestion and ideas related
to the subject matter in concern with the development in the field of
Methodological improvements in compilation of National Accounts, related to
production and income approach. If we focus on the subject, it is very clear
that the whole outstanding work depends on the production and income base
where profits speak for the country and their administration. Looking into the
gravity and seriousness the most important parameters where concern stands
is how secure and safe are Methodological improvements departments while
keeping in mind the basic results of quality and quantity of the products for the
citizens of India with a marginal rate in a competitive market?

Comments on the Discussion Paper: “Methodological Improvements in Compilation of National Accounts Aggregates Using the Production/Income Approach”
1. Strengthen the Conceptual Alignment with SNA 2008
The paper could lean harder into harmonizing India’s production and income estimates with the SNA 2008 framework. Right now, alignment exists, but it’s a bit like Wi-Fi in old buildings—works, but you know it could be better.
Clearer articulation on valuation principles, treatment of ancillary units, and consistency across institutional sectors would sharpen credibility and comparability.
2. Improve Measurement of the Informal Sector
The informal economy is basically the elephant that refuses to sit quietly in the room.
Suggested improvements:
Expanded use of administrative data sources (GST, EPFO, MCA, digital payments).
Better benchmark-to-indicator ratios for unincorporated enterprises.
Hybrid estimation models blending sample surveys + proxy indicators.

3. Improve Coverage of MSMEs and Informal Sector
A large part of India’s economy still comes from small and informal units. Better data-sharing systems with state governments, Udyam registration, local industry associations, and digital invoicing can help include these units more reliably in national accounts.
4. Promote Use of Technology and AI Tools
Modern analytics tools such as AI-based validation, anomaly detection, and automated reconciliation can improve the accuracy of datasets collected from multiple sources.
5. More Transparency Through Metadata
Clear documentation of data sources, estimation methods, and revisions will help researchers understand and use the national accounts more effectively.
The Discussion Paper is a strong step towards a more modern and robust accounting framework. These suggestions may help make the national accounts even more representative of India’s fast-changing economy.
