In the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari', the Government cordially invites your valuable suggestions for the Union Budget 2024-2025. ...
Hi Team,
While we know the Budget in 2024 is just a vote on account, if we can address few pointers here in some form it will be useful for middle-class citizens:
1) Please bring law enforcing the employer to have same EPF structure. No employer (irrespective of employee strength) should be given leeway to misuse the law.
2) Policy to show both employee & employer EPF clearly drafted with CTC in offer letter for the organization.
While we are planning to have stable taxation, let's make sure we have stable and non-exploitable rules for employers as well.
Thank you.
Mian problem in india is youth is not trying to to create opportunities they are finding jobes which leads them unemployed govt should advertise verious financial schemes so they will take intrest and msy find there livelihood and staff otheres to . Increasing in compsnes will lead in economic developments as well as economic growth and gdp snd per capita will increass
6. Increasing start ups in waste to wealth concepts, plastic alternatives innovations, increasing plastic products rates as non biodegradable, decrease rate of sustainable products, awareness to use sustainable products more, segregating dry wet wastes etc. This way many benefits like hygiene, healthy, Swachch Bharath abhiyan fulfillment etc.
7. Military persons , supporting them, their requirements fulfilling them will help to save the country better. Without their service we cannot live or do our work peacefully.
8. In hotel management studies, increasing vegetarian studies, introducing innovative healthy cooking, millets based etc. In the hotel startups healthy food increasing, priority for that also will help better health for all.
4. Water places cleaning, making water storage more, planning cities in heavy rainy places etc. Due to climate changes rain is heavy in some places. So the water to be stored somewhere or mux with sea. Accordingly need to plan coastal cities like Chennai, Mumbai etc. Recently saw rains will be more in coastal areas. So need to plan those cities. Need to validate and take it.
5. Some poor people say we didn't get houses. Probably for poor construction of better houses and giving them. Or improving infrastructure. Encouraging them to go smart cities. Maintaining feasible population in cities instead of crowded. Probably can segregate in smart cities. So that people will be spreading everywhere. Encouraging them to spread villages, smart cities as to reduce crowds in cities, pollution effects etc.

Lot of black money is flowing specially in real estate sector specially when we are buying the flats.
The builders, flat sellers quote their prices based on amount we decide to opt loan. The ratio I observed in Hyderabad is as below :
1. Avg flat price will be INR 1 Crore plus if 80% is paid through home loan and 20% as black money
2. Avg flat price will be around INR 80 lakhs plus if 70% paid through loan and 30% as black
3. Discount of nearly 50% if paid as completely black money and paid in cash
can you fix this !?
The salaried class is really sandwich class in taxes with 30% whose money are purely legal and handworker. Its very unfortunate & painful
salaried class is facing a double tax situation. They are paying taxes as per income tax slabs as well as paying GST on all items purchased for the living and facilities used.
Dear Sir, This system is on salaried class pressurized heavily.
it should be like as - if they are paying taxes on income , a coding certificate should be issued to them that can be shown or filled on every bill purchased to have a benefit of not paying GST.
this will help them to save more and do more purchasing of demands.
It also encourages to pay correct taxes on income.
it also motivates other people to pay taxes on time .
It improves the tax collection, and so more technical development can happen.
Dear FM, PM,
Please bring some strict law and order around real estate and enforce it more strictly to curb black money in real estate sector. Builders are not hesitated to ask for 50-60% in cash (black money) for flat of 90 lacs to 1 Cr. I have seen for every flat they are asking for 45-50 lacs Rs in black. This is too much ! They are roaming around in the city in the most expensive cars and spoiling the market ! Common man of the country is paying tax honestly for every single rupee earned and these guys are shamelessly enjoying with crores of black money. Unfortunately, can't do also anything as they say, this is the practice and every builder will ask for it.
Its not good for healthy economy if we will continue this practice. Please look into this, stop this immediately and spread awareness around public what is the right thing to do.
Suggestions for regular Budget FY24-25.
GOI should revisit all the "Avoidance of Double Taxation Treaties. Legal opinion b taken to explore changing d existing provisions of "Taxing at rate whichever is low" by replacing it, with Taxing at d tax rate, whichever is higher in either countries.
Sply treaties under notorious tax heaven contries must be scrapped by giving them d required period of notice for such cancelation.
2- Introduce Inheritance Tax at 2% on all the movable immovable properties assets on its prevailing notional value on the day the funds r transferred to legal heirs/ claimsnts/ Govt value on the said FY. If more than 1 claimant then Non refundable inheritance tax b deducted on d basis of share %,it is given. Basic exemption of Rs5Lakhs be excluded2 decide TDS amt.
All undeserving tax exemptions given2 those who can afford to pay must b withdrawn.,eg Exporters,Tax Holidays,& alike
RBI's list of top Banks defaulters,b recoved via NCLT,with specificT&C,accontability

2. Please increase 8OC limit from INR 1.5 lakhs to INR 5 Lakhs
3. Please provide tax exemption for upskilling even for Online executive programs of IIM & UGC recognized programs
