The private Cash card system which were in India was full of cheating. Eg. ITZ card whenever we cancell the booked train tickets they wont refund on time. and cancell the card in 3-6 months and the balance is lost. The train ticket booking Kendras were cheated by them. 20000 was the registration charges they collected, the commission an executive got was 10000. Many executives transfered amount from booking agents to their cards by taking Card Pin Nos.The registration feee have not refunded .

The Co-operative bank have to give access to the
needed money from All Banks where they have A/c. This way the problem
can be sorted out in 2-3 days. There must be special consideration for
Loan remittance as 1 lakh to 20 lakhs are given by Co-operative Banks
to its Members for their various needs

Narendra Modi sir, Why can we not have wallet system, just like paytm, for banks where people have their savings. People can easily pay to vendors or agencies just like they are using PAYTM wallet these days ...This will solve many problems. People dont need to carry cash ( less risk ) ,curbs the black money , decrease the fake currency use ,all transactions can be monitored future demonetization will not affect mass citizen ,creates problem for illegal immigrants and many more .

I am sure if there is simple online software with control from
RBI/Finance ministry/ Regional Tax offices, the monitoring is easy.
The Co-operative Bank have to enter the Name Address Phone No.and ID
No.of the customer in the online form along with currency serial Nos.
If the amount is above 50000 then there must be a column for PAN Card
No.The Bank have to collect KYC form ID proof and Note details in a
separate form which have to be entered in 1-2 working days. Then all
can be monitored

Co-operative institutions which is working hard to serve people in
their all needs are the life and blood of all Kerallites.Whenever
people got some cash they deposit in their a/c in Co-operative
Banks, they most times renews it with interest and the latest earning
,this is a continuous process upto the marriage of her daughter or
purchasing some land or for the education of their children etc. Most
time they join the chitty or group deposit so that they won't lose
interest on Loans.
