As we are thinking for environment, I'm just putting you an idea. Sir, I am qualifed CA, CS and CMA(ICWAI). These institutions (ICAI, ICMAI, ICSI) do require the members to educate themselves by way of training done at Institute level at various branches.

You may ask/appeal such institutions to give 2 hours credit of education if one member grows 2 trees at a place decided by branch in co-ordination with appropriate government department in their education programme done regularly.

2) Every year there is a wastage of food grains as we do not have proper storage facility at the time of Rain,Sir we can easily calculate the amount of food grain with the help of District authority that is without shelter and through our PDS system we can distribute the excess amount in the month of March to May before rain to the people (month depends upon the general rain forecast of a location),with this we can save our food as well as can control the rates.

I have following suggestions..
1) All the govt jobs in which employee claims TA,should be monitored with GPS,means we should provide GPS enabled I Cards and GPS app both simultaneously to employee and movement of that employee should be taken on that basis automatically to our govt network automatically.

Thanks for giving the opportunity to share the thoughts.I would like to draw you attention about wide spread 'Mass marketing Fraud" in India. These frauds are being done using telecom resources to dupe the citizens. There is need government intervention to tackle it.I think in Digital India we may start 'Fraudwatch portal'.I believe that framework suggested in attached research paper may be fruitful to understand the mass fraud & curb it.Telecom Depart may take the lead on issue.
