Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

The rural India should be made skillful & the modern tools & machinery should be made available to the rural areas, they should be equipped with the modern training & they should easily have access to the Information technology & communication.The rural India should be focused & the communication gap should be replaced by the strong network of communication.Special training centres & skill development centres should be established to make the rural areas more competent & more advanced so that they can be the future human resource for the prosperity & welfare of the nation.More information technology hubs should be established in the tows & villages to make the population trained, experienced & advanced so that they can work proudly for the nation.Proffessionalism in the jobs should be given importance & the labs, libraries, institutions should be equipped with modern technology tools & there should be training centers.

Sir, I have returned from Chardham yatra and wish congratulate the government for superb infrastructure development. The place invites lacks of people every day, and has overburdened many collateral agencies required in such a pilgrimage. The liberal attitude of the government has resulted in “Free for all” environment causing exploitation and increasing corruption by all stake holders like, transporter, hotel business shopkeepers etc to mercilessly rob the pilgrims to their hearts content without fear. A simple example to explain the situation is a cost of water bottle being jerked up to Rs 80 from normal 20! Pilgrims are at their mercy in such unknown hostile situations. I, humbly, suggest that the management part of the Chardham be handed over totally to ITBP or military to assure safety and honesty in the process. The pilgrimage is in high security zone and giving its management to the military is not only required for the safety of the nation but also assure safety of visitors.

Here is a fourstrategy Government must follow to effectively deal with unemployment:- First, the government must reorient its policies and incentives to encourage labour-intensive industries (such as textiles, garments, leather and footwear, food processing, wood manufacturing and furniture). In May 2023 the government announced PLI schemes also for labour-intensive sectors, which is a good step. Second, the government must make its skilling programme — Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, PMKVY — truly meaningful. Reviews have found major deficiencies in training and placement in PMKVY. Third, the industry must share the responsibility of skilling. Companies such as Google and IBM run their own training programmes to get the skills they need. Indian industry too must do it. Fourth, education must serve as a bridge between school / college and the workplace. Courses must be aligned with careers and combined with work-based learning. some more reforms are in pdf ...

Dear PM Sir Ji, my idea is our Government want to start Time Bank which is in Swizerland, if it comes to our Nation it will be very help ful for many old and sick peoples. it is true sir ji, and more young peoples and students are there to do service to old and sick peoples, if they do now that time will be calculated and keep in bank account in his name and it will be return back with interest on his required time as time, recently i read this in one paper and i though if it comes to our country it is very useful for many people, if possible please do it in our country sir ji.
