Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Respected sir,
our country only depends on revenue from tax payment from citizens and it is the only source of main income of government.
the tax generation revenue we have to increase.
the GST on , cigerate, liquor, and foot ware, chocolate is to be reduced, as reduced tax will increase business volume of tax collection. as we expect the collection tax will 120 % from above sector. increase sell provide increase tax .
so we can reduced GST 3% , on above mentioned products to increase our tax collection upto 30%.

any future work will success when it's based at present will firm ..
how can we frim it ..at economy based also by value ethic culture based
so people should not do
_person based politics but event/ work based politics
_& in economy need person as well as work value based
4 example_ why people do corruption cause u give importance 2 them..eg_ if u do high based digital remote comedy in house but fact is that ..there need person 2 clean it why people agree this ..do your own
work of cleanliness...cause he know he will find out person ...
& why give Importance 2 person rather give sytem/ work ..how no Beed 2 say ..your honour or with due respect it shows respect but fear based not respect based ...
cause any person in chair few time influence of fear or other elements
why not court say that when cji& other judges wake up from chair why need person 2 move chair ..what kind of msg u send world ..why not do own
नौकर नही काम करने वाले ईन्सान बनो
when system will ...future will secure

"Workforce for the future of Work" भारत के उज्जवल भविष्य की संकल्पना को मन में संजोकर शुरु किये गए इस अति महत्वपूर्ण देशव्यापी अभियान की सफलता हेतु "एक Booth सौ Youth" के नारे के साथ, संगठित रुप में,  युद्ध स्तर पर जुटना होगा.

Dear prime minister ji,
I Nirupam Basak from West bengal.
Our central government should develop vocational education training courses because many unemployed earn money by vocational education training courses. I think that medical related courses with out MBBS courses and nursing course, agriculture technology industry courses, civil defence courses, information technology courses, indian labour law courses, para medical courses, behaviour studies, defense studies, social studies etc will be enlist in vocational education training. Short term Vocational education training courses has some secondary and higher secondary schools. I want that our central government should establish vocational education training courses in all secondary and higher secondary schools in our country,&grow min 2.5yrs duration of vocational education training courses for developing indian workforce for the future of work. I think that All trainees are preparing india's workforce for the future of work.Thanks.

Sir, I am a women who is doing work at small scale n also filed divorce case as it was a domestics violence case.I did not demand any money n district court granted me divorce too. My husband went to High Court n filed appeal which High Court admitted. I dont get one thing, I just wanted divorce and respectful life for me. Why Indian law is so baseless, I am 43, I can earn n do some good chores but looks like Indian law has some problem with female n just because a female deny to suffer looks like High Court is ready to dance her. HC Judge should think that how a female will bear expense n I did not ask my husband empire just a peaceful life. I have a suggestion to get Indian workforce to future of work, either let them free from this difficult divorce process or anyhow most of the young workforce is coming to family court n it will increase more day by day as Indian Male specially in small town has negative thinking towards female, so let our court earn money n push young to suicide.
