I think all modern cities should have hydrogen cars and fuel stations for hydrogen fuel. Connectivity needs to be improved. 4G isn't as fast as in other cities. Traffic needs to be controlled.

My suggestion is a more generic one, applies to all cities. The main problem of traffic in India is due to blocked traffic junctions.Foll is a way to make signal free junctions 1.Let each road have 3 lanes 2.Make 3 single lane flyovers to connect the rightmost lane of each road with the the rightmost lane of the right side diagonally opposite road. 3. Then make underpasses for the straight traffic.

To make J&K police more integrated into mainstream India, let their salaries be disbursed by usage of Aadhaar seeded DBT into savings accounts. Right from constable to senior most officer, this sort of arrangement will plug financial leakages, if any.#mygov #jammu.
