The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

ड्रोन का सुरक्षा के लिये उपयोग हो जहा जादा दंगा होता हो जम्मू कश्मीर में इसका प्रयोग हो जो छूपे आतंकवादी होते है और वहा पर जो उग्रवादी होते उन्हें पकड़ने में जंगलो में नक्सलाइट को मरनें में और पकड़ने में जहाँ जादा भीड़ हो वहा पर इसका जादा प्रयोग हो और जंगलो में आग लग जाती है वहा पर ।अनुरुपता मंजूरी, मौजूदा ड्रोन की स्वीकृति, ऑपरेटर परमिट, अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन का प्राधिकार और छात्र दूरस्थ पायलट लाइसेंस शामिल को समाप्त करदिया जाये।

1. Drones should have blade guards for protection. 2. The drones should not take off if the battery percentage is less than 50%. 3. A GPS tracker to view the position of the drone even when it is switched off/battery dead. 4. Should not be flown below head level (Other than take-off and landing). 5. Make restrictions on noise emitted to a minimum.

आज़ पूरे विश्व मे एक समस्या है जंगलों में आग लगना : इसे सॉल्व करने के लिए drones ka प्रयोग कर सकते है: 1) drones से मॉनिटरिंग कर सकते है 2) आग ऑक्सीजन से फैलती हैं तथा नाइट्रोजन से आग बुझती है drones के अंदर Air फिल्टर मशीन लगा कर ऑक्सीजन को रिसीव कर टैंक में डाल ले तथा एक नाइट्रोजन टैंक से नाइट्रोजन छोड़कर आग बुझा दे। 3) ड्रोन मानव से अधिक कारगर उपाय सबित होगा। 4) technology का उपयोग हमे environment के लिए भी अच्छे से करना चाहिए
