The most important thing in Mumbai is to improve public transport. (1) Have smart buses with GPS fitted so that everyone using an app/SMS can know when the next bus will come, how crowded it is. Aim to be like Paris/New York where you have metro in every corner. (2) Using electronic tools (camera etc), catch those who violate traffic rules and fine them mercilessly. (3) Maintain roads and sidewalks properly.
