More suggestion to widen tax base;
1. Agricultural income above Rs 10,00,000 should be taxed on par with other citizens, similarly audited/ documented evidence of loss suffered during bad years should be allowed to be carried forward like in capital gains.
2. CSR obligations for corporates should incorporate climate change mitigating actions like solar/wind/hydro investments which can be provided limited tax breaks for 3-5 years/sunset clauses.
3. GST tax base can be increased 10 times and corrospondingly income tax base also by using AI to map whole India terrain identify business bases/ city limits where business operate and identify whether all of them are compliant.
4. Another revolutionary tax base increase idea would be to give credit for GST paid on consumer durables/ tour & travels/ hotel stays/ airfares into the 26AS of customer which will in turn boost such business activity and pull more people into tax net. Aadhar/PAN proof should be made compulsory.

Some suggestions to widen tax base;
1. Abolish/withdraw currency notes above Rs 100, only small ticket transactions should be permitted in cash.
2. Electronic payment system are highly efficient in transactions, Form 26AS should include more service providers to report transactions like purchase of car, purchase of household durables exceeding Rs 25000 per article etc.
3. Artificial intelligence (AI) can be used to scrutinise Bank accounts with inflows/outflows above appropriate threshold and match with income tax returns filed to identify non-filers, short filers.
4. ALL INDIA survey should be conducted district wise by deploying tax department staff in plain clothes to identify high transactions/footfall businesses which can be large, medium or small businesses in all the states. This should help increase the tax base 10 times from the current income tax paying base. Modalities should be urgently worked out on this idea. Help taken from GST division and their staff inputs.

In view of the current waterlogged streets due to rain, it is imperative that before a housing project gets an approval, it has to show how the drainage system of that area will be handled.
Disregard by the Land development authorities has resulted in rainfall causing inconvenience and water filled streets.
Also those engineers who had designed the roads should be taken to task as potholes crop up everytime there is some rainfall. People have to be made accountable for their action.
Also the different government departments should work in sync.For example if a gas pipeline , or a waste water pipeline or something else has to be laid then roads need not be dug up every time. The net result is that once a road is fixed and the potholes filled , it is again dug up for some other government approved job. This shows that the various government departments are not working together as one team and there is a lack of coordination between them,resulting in wasteful expenditure.

आजकल टयूशन रूपी बीमारी को हद से ज्यादा बढ़ता देखकर कष्ट होता है। टयूशन का व्यापार दिन दो गुनी और रात चार गुनी बढ़ता चला जा रहा है। बच्चे अगली क्लास बाद में जाते हैं टयूशन पहले जाना प्रारंभ कर देते है यह सोचनीय प्रश्न है आप सभी से विनम्र निवेदन है इस समस्या के निराकरण के लिए अपने सुझाव अवश्य दीजियेगा।

Nowadays students are very much inclined towards online mode of education basically on YouTube Platform. But distraction is a major problem. I request our government to take a proper step to build such a platform where it will be distraction free or to request YouTube to build such a platform/option for the students as well as for the aspirants of any exam where it will be distraction free(may be in the form, only those videos will appear which channel is subscribed or given permission to).

Direct and Indirect Taxes. Indirect taxes are paid by everyone while Direct by hardly 5% . These are mostly salaried class people + some business men. In a way these 5% people are feeding in some way to rest 95% and have more contribution in nation building. In return Govt. must have duty to support these people with some benefits as , 1. No taxes on vehicle + house purchase 2. Special quota in train tickets booking 3. If laid off by company / employer after more than 10 years of service , must be given 25% of their salary as severance allowance until person finds the next job or achieve retirement age by Govt / Employer. In fact when person was working and taking salary , Govt was enjoying with direct taxes and employer with profits , and now when person is job less, Govt and Employer must support this person and his family. Finance ministry must take this suggestion sincerely for their discussion and come out with workable solution to provide some return benefits to these 5% .
