Hon. Sir, Yesterday, I was watching a report in news and it was very painful to see for me in the report that how much irresponsible the people of India are. Recently our Honble PM Modiji, flagged of Modern/luxurious train MAHAMANA EXPRESS in Varanasi. 1/6

The train is working normally/smoothly as it should be. But, the report which I saw yesterday shows that no passenger is taking care of its cleanliness moreover they are also damaging its equipments/accessories. The report said that it takes 6 hours for railway officials to clean this train even then people are carelessly littering garbage everywhere on floor inside the train despite the dustbins are available there. The condition of toilet is also inexpressible. 2/6

Now, I request you that in order to prevent this menace which the passengers are creating in this train, CCTV Cameras must be installed in every coach so that if anyone litters garbage in the train will be caught red-handed. FOR THIS PURPOSE, A SEPARATE CCTV ROOM MUST BUILT (IF POSSIBLE, IT MUST BE BUILT INSIDE THE TRAIN) ALONG WITH POLICE TO MONITOR IF ANYONE IS LITTERING GARBAGE.3/6

Not only that, anyone who litters garbage in the train must be JAILED for at least 6 months. Moreover, people also smoke cigarette etc. in the train and also consume alcohol. These things must be strictly banned. Anyone who is smoking cigarette/bidi or even taking PAN/Ghutka/tobacco etc. must be fined with Rs. 500 and if anyone is taking alcohol (wine etc.) must be fined with Rs. 1000 or must be JAILED. 4/6

tourism is the biggest service industry and tourist guide play vital role to promote tourism industry. Govt. can launch Visa with guide for QUALITY TOURISM and one visa without guide for QUANTITY TOURISM. Govt can give salary for guide and govt can decide guide fee from tourist. Finance ministry can generate employment through this system. Demand and supply can create healthy economics.Repeat tourism given by tourist guide. visited tourist give credit to us and CREDIT IS A DRIVER OF ECONOMICS.

1)Shift Back end offices of all companies to tier 2 towns of population 5 lakhs or less. This will not only give jobs to local people but allow local economy to develop and help decongest cities as migration to cities will progressively reduce.
2)Survey all Govt land holdings in big cities and convert these to high rise building by selling the FSI. This will vacate land for development. Same with Railway land. Spend the returns from this on schooling and slum rehabilitation
